Residential Strata Buildings

Fully 50% of our contracts are residential stratas ranging in size from small 30 unit complexes to properties of more than 280 doors with 24 hr concierge service. We are proud to be able to service many aspects of these residential properties from managing the recycling services to maintaining the pool. We offer special floor cleaning services as well for anything from carpet to granite.

Commercial Office Buildings

Industrial and manufacturing plants demand a specific type of cleaning regime. The traffic from the production floor to the office space can create a specific set of cleaning challenges and we have the experience to take care of them.

Shopping Malls

In the last several years the lower mainland has seen a boom in the construction of strip mall shopping centers. At Cleantech we have seen a corresponding boom in the number of strip malls we service. We take care of litter patrol, clean the glass at storefronts, and ensure all lighting is in working order. Our regular presence on site allows us to alert property managers of graffiti or vandalism as it happens to keep it under control.

Schools

Cleantech offers janitorial service to private schools throughout the lower mainland. We put all personnel working in schools through a criminal background check so parents and staff can breath easy. Our green cleaning program only helps them breath easier.

Resident Care Facilities

Cleantech is proud to have been selected by facility managers to clean several resident care facilities in the lower mainland. We have worked closely with personnel from Vancouver Coastal Health to create and implement cleaning procedures that take into account the special needs of these facilities and their residents.

Relief Caretaker and Custodial Care

We are pleased to offer assistance when your regular caretakers are on holidays or otherwise absent from the site. We work with many property managers in this capacity and have a pool of qualified personnel to draw from for short term engagements or even months at a time.

Supplies and Equipment

Cleantech can stock your location with general and specialty cleaning supplies and paper products. We have fostered good relationships with our suppliers and are kept up to date on the latest innovations in the cleaning industry. We have implemented a product testing procedure which grades and compares new products to those we currently use so that we can objectively weigh the benefits and improvements of new products.
